CANCELATION AND RENEWAL POLICIES.

ONLINE COURSE SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS

When purchasing a monthly subscription to Set Apart Girl Online Courses, your subscription(s) will automatically renew on a monthly basis. Your payment method will be charged at the time of purchase, and on the numbered date of your purchase each month. (For example, if a subscription is purchased on May 15th, each recurring payment will take place on the 15th of each month.)

Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time by contacting us at [email protected] prior to your monthly renewal date. Please note that refunds are not issued for past renewal fees. There are no cancelation fees.

After your cancelation you will maintain access to your online courses through the monthly payment period that was last paid.

MAGAZINE PRINT SUBSCRIPTION

MONTHLY CANCELATION POLICY

If there is ever a need to discontinue your monthly subscription plan, simply email [email protected] and one of our store representatives will assist you. While you may cancel your monthly subscription at any time, please note that refunds for past payments are not available. Upon cancelation, a $3.95 processing fee will be charged.

MONTHLY RENEWAL POLICY

There is no renewal process for your monthly subscription. You will be charged on a month-to-month basis until cancelation occurs.

YEARLY CANCELATION POLICY

If there is ever a need to discontinue your yearly print subscription, simply email [email protected] and one of our store representatives will assist you. While you may cancel your yearly subscription at any time, please note that refunds are not available. There is no cancelation fee for yearly subscriptions.

YEARLY RENEWAL POLICY

Your yearly subscription will automatically be renewed. Approximately one month before your subscription is to be renewed, you will receive an email notification where you will be given the opportunity to opt out of your subscription prior to renewal. If discontinuation is requested after the renewal period, please note that refunds are not available.

OTHER SITUATIONS

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE THE ADDRESS FOR MY MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTION?

Please email ([email protected]) or phone (970-686-9021) our customer service with your changes at least two weeks before you move. In your correspondence, include your old address, new address, as well as any special instructions you might have regarding your subscription. UNINTENTIONAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you have subscribed to the Set Apart Girl Magazine in error, please contact customer service ([email protected] ) immediately. In this event, you may unsubscribe within ten business days from the time of your order.

Please note that we typically ship out new orders within one to two business days. If an “unintentional subscription” describes your situation, it is best to contact us immediately.

INTERNATIONAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you are an international subscriber that has unintentionally purchased the wrong subscription type, you will not be charged to correct your subscription type. All other cancelation policy guidelines outlined above still apply.
