CANCELATION AND RENEWAL POLICIES.

PRINT MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTION

MONTHLY RENEWAL POLICY

There is no renewal process for your monthly subscription. You will be charged on a month-to-month basis until discontinuation occurs. Your payment method will be charged on the numbered date of when you purchased your subscription each month. (For example, if a subscription is purchased on May 15th, each recurring payment will take place on the 15th of each month.)

YEARLY RENEWAL POLICY

Your yearly subscription will automatically be renewed. Approximately one month before your subscription is to be renewed, you will receive an email notification where you will be given the opportunity to opt out of your subscription prior to renewal. If discontinuation is requested after the renewal period, please note that refunds are not available.

PRINT SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY:

If there is ever a need to discontinue your print subscription plan, simply email [email protected] and one of our store representatives will assist you. While you may cancel your subscription at any time, please note that refunds are not available. There is no cancellation fee for magazine subscriptions.

Magazine Delivery Policy

In the event that your magazine arrives damaged incurred from mail delivery or does not arrive due to failure to update your address with our store, subscription magazines may be requested for a $5.00 re-ship fee. If your magazine is returned as undeliverable, our store will promptly email you to update your address. However, if our store representatives are not able to establish contact after three communications, your subscription will be canceled. If your magazine does not arrive as the result of a complication with the postal system, our store representatives will do their utmost to ensure that your magazine arrives safely. OTHER SITUATIONS

INTERNATIONAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you are an international subscriber that has unintentionally purchased the wrong subscription type, a full refund of the incorrect subscription will be granted (e.g. $49.95 for a U.S. subscription). A new order will need to be placed for the correct subscription type. All other cancellation policy guidelines outlined above apply.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: UNCLAIMED PACKAGES + CUSTOMS FEES

In the event that an international order (whether a subscription magazine or general bookstore order) remains unclaimed and thus undeliverable to the customer, the order will not be re-mailed for delivery.

If an incorrect address is provided during checkout and the package is undeliverable to the customer, the order will not be re-mailed for delivery.

Customs fees may vary from country to country and are not included as part of your subscription or order.

DOMESTIC ORDERS: UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

In the event that a domestic order (whether a subscription magazine or general bookstore order) remains unclaimed and thus undeliverable to the customer, the order will not be re-mailed for delivery.

If an incorrect address is provided during checkout and the package is undeliverable to the customer, the order will not be re-mailed for delivery.
